We have no return/ cancellation or exchange policy, all sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please make an opening video of your parcel from scratch and record until the end to claim for any damaged or missing items. Before sending, we thoroughly check all products and hence, no damage is accepted without an opening video.Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp +61447357871 within 24 hours of delivery or email to claim the damage or missing items with the video. In case of damage, a replacement or credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds.

Credit/exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be issued a credit voucher.
